International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees that may apply in their country.

I hope you love your order. If you change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Cards should be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll be happy to help.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

That returns wording is appropriate for ordinary cards sold online in the UK: customers generally have 14 days after receipt to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return the goods, while faulty or misdescribed goods have separate statutory protections.

I would use these same three shared sections across every greeting-card product, so you don’t have to rewrite them for each photograph.
